Billy Mitchell Milestone
It's time to become an officer in Civil Air Patrol. This test is comprehensive over Learn to Lead Vol 2 and all of the AE Dimensions books. It is a closed book test and it has to be proctored. You will have to coordinate with CAP squadron staff to take this test. You can do it online or as a paper test. Please let your CAP staff know which you prefer so they can be prepared. In addition to the testing, you will have had to pass a recent PT test and attended encampment.
